AI Workshops
I joined Westpac as part of an AI expertise team with Thoughtworks, I was chosen because of my experience with creating agentic workflows and processes using tools like n8n.
As a team we ran workshops with the participants of the shark tank and Westpac's technology partners; Microsoft and AWS.
These workshops helped them to fully consider their idea, approach, technical feasibility and the use of AI. I helped to plan and run a number of user tests so participants could sit down with their intended customer and validate assumptions, I reviewed their user journey flows and assisted in the low fi designs.
